SteemFoods Cooking Contest #1 ~ Entry Post ~ Egg Sandwiches

@alikoc07 organized the second edition of the cooking contest this week using the hashtag #practicalfood and #steemfoods. The task this week is to prepare "The Most Delicious Practical Foods". So what is practical food? Practical Food would mean any food that is easy to cook, is affordable, cheap, and has all the nutrition to start off the day well.

I give a careful thought of what practical food to do for this contest and these egg sandwiches, they are my favorite fast meal for my family which doesn't cost much and fairly easy to prepare as most of the ingredients are always available in my house. So let's make this easy all-time favorite Egg Sandwiches that is full of nutritions, easy to make, affordable, and come with cheap ingredients. You can see in my method below, that you can make it simpler if you don't like to put the butter on the bread or you prefer not to cut the edge, the process of making this will be faster. The choice is yours, as practical as you want it to be. Have fun with your egg sandwiches!

Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 packet bread to your choice
10 eggs - boiled
1 tablespoon White Pepper
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Butter for spreading on the bread (Optional)

Method

1. Boil eggs, peel skin, and mash.

Mash eggs

2. Add white pepper, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well all ingredients (eggs, mayonnaise, white pepper, and salt to taste).

3. Cut the edge of all bread (Optional)

4. Spread butter on bread (Optional)

5. Spread egg mixture on bread and cover with another piece of bread
