GREEN BANANA ICE

Green banana ice

Material:
9 plantains
100 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of rice flour
25 grams of sago flour
300 ml coconut milk (130 ml coconut milk + 170 ml water)
300 ml pandan water (water + pandan paste)
50 grams of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Way:

1. Steam the banana with the skin, until cooked. Set aside, peeled when cold
2. Put all the flour, add sugar, salt, mix well.
3. Pour the coconut milk and pandan juice into the flour mixture, mix well. Strain the dough
4. Cook the dough over low heat until it forms a dough. Set aside, wait warm
   4.Take a sheet of plastic, spread with a little oil, take the dough to taste, flatten it, place the banana on top, then roll it up to cover the surface of the banana, do it until it's finished
5. Steam green bananas for 15 minutes.

Sauce ingredients:
450 ml coconut milk (130 ml coconut milk + water)
40 grams of rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Way:
Mix all ingredients, cook over low heat until thickened.

Complementary:
cut the banana according to taste, place it in a bowl, add the marrow pulp, ice cubes, SKM, and cocopandan syrup.
