I'm created a test environment to see if we could feed and aggregate all of the posts with the correct country codes. For now I would personally offer something to be awarded that you can easily ship like a book or something maybe digital. International shipping can be a nightmare so I would suggest people post about things in their own country using their own hashtag or tag in their post.

If we were doing it the exact way as described we would ask the community to leave a comment and tell why they need the item listed. One person that comments will randomly be selected to receive the item or items if the Post were upvoted to the amount need to cover the cost. It is kind of like a penny bid shopping website in a way. With our Item we have 100 Free Memberships we are giving away plus 5 free Steem That Tokens. Which currently are valued at about 1.06 Steem Each. If we were doing it the right way we would set the amount the post needs to earn in upvotes before the Item is give away. In this case we would need to raise about 600 In Upvotes To Give This Away.
I really like this idea alot. The other cool side of the deal is that if it does not make the amount of upvotes it needs to give it away then the amount of SBD earned can be divided eqaully to all who commented. Doing this really spreads the currency around and also might help alot of people by giving someone something great.
What about shipping? I think that shipping costs might need to be worked out between the parties right now. It could be included if you know that hey the costs to ship is 10 Steem essentially to anywhere in my country so you could add it in to the initial bid value the post needs to get and let people know in your post that you will ship to a certain area for free but other areas the winner will have to cover shipping.
Ok that is enough of my thoughts about it. I think it is nifty and thrifty and hip and cool. Let's test it. Another thing to consider is do you do 50/50 or 100 percent SP?

No one should use all tags this was for a test purpose only to stop the API error data. You get an error api data warning when you call some data that doesn't exist. We can add more areas I'm just not sure which areas. I seen @webresulat said he had something to offer. I think he is Germany. I'll add it next @kaliju. What other areas should be added? How many people are on board to try the service? I Will Build Another TEST Post With @steemthat to test the other tags and code.
@rawdawg likes the idea. It might be cool to have a "buy it now" feature. So, if someone just wants to pay for the whole thing, they can do it immediately.
If I really like your camera I can just send you $xxxx SBD . . If someone "buys it now" you can then just do like you were going to do if no one ended up winning and refund 90% of the post rewards for those who tried commenting but weren't able to use the "buy it now" feature.
That is a great idea. People could put that in their posts and let people send them The amount and then the creator of the post could Edit it as closed or comment it as closed! Good thinking @rawdawg

These are the types of things @kaliju will have to decide on for sure. I love the idea of if someone buys it out right distribute the Upvote as planned as if it did not reach the goal. This is fantastic. We could build a standard format that people could copy and paste. This is @kaliju 's idea I was just trying to help him launch it to see if there was interest. I think he can build this as a stand alone website with awesome integration into the block chain like dsounds or dtube has done if there is enough interest.

I think the idea of a #steemfleamarket-philippines is a great idea and I believe over time, it can evolve into something really unique and functional. As far at that camera goes, I would love to have a new camera. I have been producing Youtube videos Retired in Samar for over a year and my Cannon SX50HS is failing me. I would love to be able to continue creating more videos for DTube but as a result of focusing issues, I haven't been able to do much video recently. Anyway, good luck with #steemfleamarket and I truely hope your idea moons!

@kaliju has a great idea, and gets some community support, maybe even tests it on a small scale like I'm doing. Then gets some funding from the community to build it. This will put many people to work on the Steem Blockchain and cause a fury of people to get creative and increase what the Steem Block Chain has to offer the world!
