Yum Seng Everyone~~~!!!

So what with the raise your glass high and shouting Yum Seng all about? You must be wondering right? Yum Seng or Yam Seng means Cheers/Toast in Chinese. This is a Cantonese term that means Drink to Victory. The right way to do this is Shout out Yum~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ for as long as you can or until ran out of breathe then follow by Seng. The longer you can hold the more blessings will come to everyone that shout together. The process of shouting Yum Seng must be repeated for three times, each time must be louder than the previous one. It is believed that each Yum Send represented different meaning.
