Amsterdam is a freaking lively city - so alive even at night and the people are so friendly.
Am glad you took pictures of the stairs to the tower, they have to know it's pretty narrow I have a friend who had a panic attack going up cause she's claustrophobic.
as for Anne Frank, they could get discount if they buy the ticket online and a long line outside should be expected daily .
