Ok, let me tell you a short list of 7 very beautiful viewpoints with amazing panoramic views in Lisbon. This sightseeing viewpoints are going to let you amazed!

Parque Eduardo VII Viewpoint
In the city center you can find Parque Eduardo VII, a nice open space where you can also find some outdoor activities, the “Estufa Fria” - a very nice cold greenhouse, the sightseeing bus in the bottom, but it is in the top where you can find the magic!
At the top of Parque Eduardo VII you can have one of the most amazings views of Lisbon, the city of the seven hills, with the Tagus river in front of you.

São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint
Close to the downtown, near some of the best restaurants and bars in Lisbon, you can find the São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint. Here, you will be surrounded by a garden with fountains and the view is breathtaking! From here you not only see great part of Lisbon, you also have a very clear view to Castelo de S. Jorge.
If you visit the “Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara”, you should also visit Bairro Alto at night (lots of bars and typical restaurants), Chiado and Carmo area, and also Príncipe Real Garden.

Miradouro de Santa Catarina
Also know as Miradouro do Adamastor (there you can find a statue of Adamastor, the Mythological character that used to threaten portuguese navigators during their discoveries), from this viewpoint you see the beautiful Tagus river. You can also find very nice restaurants in the area and usually at night lots of street music produced in a relaxed atmosphere with rhythms in a fusion of reggae and african rhythms.
If you are visiting Miradouro de Santa Catarina during the day, you can also try to visit Pharmacy Museum right before the viewpoint and have a cold drink in its garden.

Convento do Carmo ruins
Convento do Carmo is a convent dated from 1407. The convent was partially destroyed in the 1755 earthquake but his ruins take us to a kind of magic fairy tail. Here, you can visit the Convento do Carmo museum, visit the square where took part of the action of the April 25ft 1974 revolution and, of course, visit this beautiful viewpoint from where you will see most of the old Lisbon and downtown.

Portas do Sol viewpoint
If you plan to visit Castelo de S. Jorge, you will be close to the Portas do Sol miradouro. From here, you can have another beautiful point of view to Tagus river, watch the cruises coming and departing while chilling with a cold beer and recharge energies to walk to Castelo de S.Jorge.

Castelo de São Jorge
Castelo de São Jorge is a must to every visitor. The first fortification was built in 48BC but here you can still find walls dated from the 10th century while Lisbon was occupied by the Muslim forces.
Inside the castle you can find several buildings and you can also find an impressive panorama of the city from his squares and gardens. In Castelo de São Jorge you will also breath portuguese history from each corner of it!

Miradouro da Graça
The Miradouro da Graça, also known as Miradouro Sophia de Mello Breyner Adresen (a portuguese well known writer) is one of the best places to have a fresh drink with a panoramic and colorful view of Lisbon. Here you can find terraces where you can drink a fresh bottle of white wine while you admire the sunset over the Tagus. This image will leave you unforgettable memories!
