Well, like in other contests with giveaways for SteemFest tickets I will share my options. Send the young motivated ones to SteemFest. The young ones are still not in the work field or are bad paid. So I would choose @jeanpi1908. He is young and motivated, does some good curation for ocd. I think it would be a good chance for everyone to meet him to see how he thinks in real life, to booster his motivation and to help him grow.
