AWARENESS CREATION! : Campaign For Promoting @steemitnlog 3R's For The World Of Steem

Hello!, hello!!, hello!!!, this is my shout out call for the all the World, where Steemians are found. It has been a great time for the couple of 3 months ago being with @steemitblog. Who was left out in this reward pool we say!, with the exception of those who felt reluctant to follow the game. We've really aenjoyed the best time with the Steemit Team, though the game isn't yet over, but I must say that as the 💯 days of Steem is ending on this Saturday, 11th July, about 70 percent of the rewards of the community has distributed fairly to members. Thanks to the Sponsored team who made this to happen, and with such a memorable event which has taken place.

There is the ongoing "AWARENESS CREATION," though it was mentioned with a little tone, but I want to widen it for everybody to hear. We want Steem go viral and reach the grass root even if it would take a thousands of miles to reach there. Now, for your hearing: @steemitblog has launched an acronyms called : "The 3R's." This simply connotes:

Recruitment by Countries: Steemit Team, @steemitblog is therefore calling us all, country by country to form groups, with representatives who are very committed with Steem on their heart. These representatives by the countries will be charged to recruit new members into Steem, that form Steemians in their country. With the representatives own plans, ideas innovations and strategies, they can recruit members into their team. For long a go, recruitment or members joining Steemit has been the main resources or products of that seek to fuel or feed the Steem ecosystem. Hence, the need to give it a great support to see the result. I think, this is a common term that we have heard often, with the periodic updates, members have been empowered and reminded to share their contents on their respective social media that they operate. This is a new idea the Steemit is gonna give it a try to how it effectively it works. Representatives will give updates of their reports of weekly to show their POD's work.

Retention:

This has to do with the ability to continue keep members that we will recruit in Steem here. I remember I recruited some few Guys at my area way back early last year. Right now, most of them have been inactive because I couldn't retain them. With this New way of promoting Steem, Country representatives are require to retain their members. Maybe through effective communication, motivation and support of new Steemit users. The team work and good collaboration with members.

Reward:

I think if the first 2R's could worked effectively them, they have to be backed by the reward pool. I believe this is the point where many new users get stranded when they first 1 month and don't see and significant impact in terms of rewards, they quickly quit. I think with the 3R's promotion, all these factors were taken into consideration to help the new users who would be recruited by the Country representatives. Both the country representatives and the new Steem users would be incentivize to energise them to feel comfortable operating. If each country declares its members playing the game, in case the Continental representatives handling the curation keys are curating, it would be easier to reach out every player to curate their work.

Let's get our friends, families, love ones, co-workers, classmates, association members and everybody to inform that this is what the Steemit Team doing, hence we need everyone support. Season 1 is ending soon, so this initiative are going to be used coming August when the season 2 starts. Thanks for having your around.
