Butter is a dairy product . butter contain 80% fat . more than 400 fatty acids are present in butter . butter is very important for human health . some peoples use / eat butter in daily life . Child's and many adults are not like butter because his bad smell . butter is oily product . butter storage condition is chilled at room temprature . some people think about butter is a traditional product . you see the butter color is yellow . in processing butter color is not yellow . add beta carotine color during processing . butter wraped in butter paper . doctor's recomend use butter in daily roteine .

Yes childs are not like butter because is bad smell . but dont worry many dairy industries are work on contineusally . industries think about flavoured butter . for exapmle your son/daughter dont like butter . but chocolate butter available in market . peanut butter availbe in market you purchase and complete nutrition.

It is also good to add that butter can be used effectively for cooking, because of its high percentage of satured fats, 51gr each 100 gr, which after being cooked produce a just small amount of aldehydes, ( a sustance known because its capacity to increase the incidence of various types of cancer ), besides other oils that when used to cook are more harmful as corn oil, etc.
