Is there a flippening for Steem Dollars and STEEM?
Is there a flippening happening between Steem Dollars and STEEM right now?
Well lets take a look..
Currently Steem Dollars are less than $9.00 according to coinmarketcap.com
And if we take a look at STEEM we will see it is over $3.00 again!
Steem Dollars seemed to have peaked around December 19th as we can see here.
And now seem to be on a decline against STEEM
Which seems to be stealing the spotlight (since STEEM is what is required to power up Steem Power, and also will be required for SMT's) and with Steem Dollars not being "limited supply" like STEEM some may see it like the US dollar, which it is technically pegged to..
Conclusion
So with Steem Dollars always being equal to approx $1.00 and STEEM being limited with less being available the more people Power Up or use SMT's..
We may very well be seeing a flippening, but I am like everyone else, and would love to see how long these 10x payouts last!

I'd prefer SBD to continue its increase as it is the most readily available token in Steemit that can be converted to other crypto like BTC. With STEEM and STEEM Power, it will take a week to get hold of them before you can trade them.
That is only with Steem Power, and STEEM is just as easy to transfer and exchange for Bitcoin. Also as long as you do not power your STEEM up to Steem Power.. you can withdraw or transfer it at any time.
With SBD hovering around 10$, you can understand what kind of money is pouring into this markets. It is a bit like USDT to be at 5$. Crazy ! I don't have a doubt that markets will do its job and SBD will be back down.
P.S. I hope it holds as long as it can hold.
