Let me add though: there's absolutely no reason for the inconvenient way of using the steemit wallet. Both sites use the same technology of local signing and never send your keys anywhere.
I'd even go further and say steemdice is safer than this site:

• it's hosted at github, and any change to the code is fully transparent
• there's no user provided content which could use bugs to get your keys
