no, it certainly doesn't. I did do this math wrong but it's still not believable. I used 300,000,000 Steem instead of 200,000,000, which is the true powered up amount.
so if you assume I can post 65KB 200 times that's 12.7MB per 5 days.
if you assume that everyone else gets the same RC ratio as I do that's
205,241,811 / 3501 ~ 58624 accounts with my level of SP

Yep, the RC numbers don't really make sense to me.
I am hoping that they sorta a floating percentage of available resources divided by user MVs.
But, my hopes are often dashed by reality. As was seen in the last hard fork that brought us this mess.
