There may be a workaround, although not very accurate :/

If you take a sample post reward of a given date, it'll give you the SP equivalent (which is the other 50% of the SDs). So, if a post got 100$, and 50$ were in SDs, and then the author got 300 SPs, then we know that these 300 SPs were considered to be worth 50$. So extrapolating this, we get 1SP= 50/300 = 0.166$.

Again, it should not be accurate, due to the lags involved (7-day average and stuff), but I can't think of anything else more representative sort of taking data from the historic charts of a RL exchange.
