Setting up a witness node - need help

Hey guys , can someone point me to the right path of setting up a witness node ? I've seen the available tutorials done by @kyle and a few others however I am stuck at this point.

Now inside of the folder which the client writes and reads the blockchain data to we'll download a copy of it here: wget http://einfachmalnettsein.de/steem-blocks-and-index.zip
(File is ~1.9GB - May take a few minutes)

The file does not exist. Can anyone let me know where i can get the files or how to generate it ? Apologies for me noobness .. always love to learn new things, just a bit of help required.
