Our Glorious Destiny.

It is said that a journey without a destination is bound to end in frustration.
Therefore every journey ought to have a destination. The same applies to life, and our Destiny is our divine destination. Destiny is the plan and purpose of a man as organized by God.
As with all things that God is involved with, it is glorious and can be likened to a shining star.

Proverbs 4vs18 says,

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

And Jeremiah 29 vs11 clearly shows that our destiny is an expected end filled with peace.

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Destiny isn’t a product of chance but a product of choice. The choices we make from the moment we are able to decipher between good and evil. As with everything in life, only the committed few shine in destiny. The rest fail to see themselves in the excellent light they were created in. Falling short in every way, and ending up with regrets, or a subpar destiny.

Been in Christ, our lives are redeemed for exceptional gifts, just so we can achieve that preordained glorious destiny. This is so we make the right decisions and follow the right path a lot easier, as compared to when the troubles of life blow us left and right. I'll be highlighting a few of the things we are redeemed to enjoy, by virtue of being a Christian.

🌠We are redeemed to be blessed, to shine among men.

To be blessed means to be fortunate, to be lucky, to be fortunate, to be enviable, to be happy, to be favoured, and to be exalted.
Imagine a scenario where you are destined to be the doctor that finds the cure for cancer and all through medical school you keep missing test due to one bad luck incident or family crisis. You'll struggle, and even if you end up achieving this goal, it's going to be much harder than someone who's favoured all through school, is the lecturer's favourite, gets the best internships and learning opportunities.
The Bible explains how blessed we are in Galatians 3vs 29,

And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

You may ask what the promise is, we can see it in Genesis 22vs17,

That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the seashores; and thy seed shall possess the gates of his enemies.

With all these blessings, achieving a glorious destiny is much easier.

🌠We are redeemed to walk in divine health

By virtue of Christ dying on the cross, all those who align themselves with him are redeemed to walk in divine health.
Isaiah 53vs5 tells us that,

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes, we are healed.

Some would say that it’s not scientifically possible for the body to run over a period of time and not experience some downtime (health fatigue and sickness). But Jesus Christ been our higher science has made this possible, all you have to do is believe.

Summary

For fulfilment in this journey we call life, we have to have a destination. Our destiny is our destination.
Walking with God gives us easy access to resources that make this journey easier and faster. God's agenda for our lives and generations yet unborn are established verdicts awaiting our discovery, pursuit and actualization.
Always look at yourself with importance, because great things are within you, and a bright destiny awaits you
