The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
So those who fear not cause they believe not lacks the wisdom, the heavenly wisdom and so they operate on the worldly level. Those who fear him are not of this world and so are the wisdom and knowledge from above.
Come unto me all ye that labors and heavy laden I shall give you rest, this rest is for those who believes and come unto God through the son Jesus Christ.
