WINNING THE LOST AT ALL COST

Everybody wants to be winner at all cost and sometimes it doesn't matter what they have to do to win. Envy, strive and malice will never cease so long as people are not thinking about others but themselves only.

God wants all of us to win and not just few winning. This is why God wants us to preach the Gospel to every lost soul to also have salvation like we have obtained.

It will be heartless of us if we can feel comfortable whiles other people still wander in darkness. How can you be so happy when you are the only person making it whiles others are failing? The only time we should really be happy is when others are winning just like us.

God values souls and doesn't want even one soul to get lost. He wants everyone to get save and get to heaven. Do you think our joy will be complete if hell has a higher number of souls than heaven?
This will mean we couldn't do enough work carrying out the divine mandate the master gave us:

And he said unto them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be condemned. Mark 16:15-16

Jesus was always concerned about all of us winning, that was his joy, to see that no one is left behind or heaven becoming empty, winning the lost at all cost was his prime focus. He told the disciples about a parable of the lost sheep out the hundred.

What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repents, more than over ninety and nine just persons, who need no repentance.Luke 15:4- 7

In this parable Jesus showed the disciples how valuable one soul is to God. In heaven there can be many people but the joy of God will not be complete unless the last soul also joins the multitude. This is how much God values a soul. It is the will of God that we all win:

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repents, more than over ninety and nine just persons, who need no repentance

The delight of Jesus is that we all win and none is lost. As believers of God our greatest worry should be that one soul who is still not found and living in sin. In another parable told by Jesus in the next verse, he shared how a woman wouldn't let go of one coin. She will do anything just to find her lost coin:

Or what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she loses one piece, does not light a lamp, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she finds it? And when she has found it, she calls her friends and her neighbors together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents. Luke 15:8-10

What gives joy to angels in heaven is not a miracle, not people having breakthrough, not about having mega churches, not about revival happening in our churches but when one soul is won for God. Jesus continued telling us how souls are important to God in the next verse with the parable about the prodigal son:

And he said, A certain man had two sons: And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me. And he divided unto them his living. And not many days later the younger son gathered everything together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. And when he had spent everything, there arose a great famine in that land; and he began to be in want. And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would gladly have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before you, and am no more worthy to be called your son: make me as one of your hired servants. And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight, and am no more worthy to be called your son. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and sandals on his feet: And bring here the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. Luke 15:11-24

This man wasn't interested in the son's misbehavior or prodigal spending, he was just happy that He had come back to his sense and has repented and more importantly has come for the forgiveness of his sons.

That's exactly God wants, to see that a sinner denounce himself and come back to Jesus at the cross. Let's all be committed to leading sinners to the cross and not be like the prodigals son's elder brother who hated the idea of his father welcoming him back into their family.
