True or False: Demons Cannot Enter Christians.

오늘은 크리스천에게 귀신이 들어갈 수 없다고 하는 믿음에 관해 함께 생각해보도록 하겠습니다.
Today, I would like to talk about people's belief of demons not being able to enter Christians.

아시다시피, 저의 사역은 성령이 내주하는 기도훈련을 시키는 것이지만, 필연적으로 귀신축출과 더불어 그들의 공격, 증세를 알리는 사역과 맞물려 있죠.
As you know, my ministry is to train people how to pray for the Holy Spirit's indwelling; and naturally, things like exorcism, their strategies, unfortunate events they cause, and even providing information on them come with the territory.

그래서 제가 여러 칼럼에서 귀신이 잠복해 있는 증세에 대해 알려드리니까, 수많은 사람들이 자신들의 현상에 대해 문의를 해오고 있습니다.
I have posted columns about demons and their attacks, and many people asked me about the symptoms they have.

그러나 그분들이 다니는 목회자에게 물어보면, 어떻게 하나님의 자녀에게 귀신이 잠복할 수 있냐면서, 말도 안 되는 소리를 듣지 말라고 귀를 막았다고 합니다.
But when they ask the pastors of their churches, they often brush them off saying it is impossible for demons to come into Christians, since they are children of the holy God.

그들의 뜨악한 심정을 모르는 바는 아닙니다.
I know where they come from.

그렇지 않아도 귀신에 대한 막연한 두려움이 적지 않은데, 크리스천 안에 들어온다고 생각하니 섬뜩한 모양이예요.
It is hard to stomach and imagine demons entering the churchgoers' bodies when they already are afraid of them.

저는 지금까지 수백 명의 사람에게서 귀신을 쫓아내면서, 귀신의 증상이나 공격에 대해 많은 지식과 경험을 쌓아두었습니다.
I have stored a lot of information and experiences through my ministry.

그렇다면 교인들에게 귀신이 어떻게 잠복하느냐고 외치는 사람에게 물어봅시다.
So I would like to ask the people who think it is impossible for demons to come and hide inside Christians:

도대체 당신은 귀신을 쫓아낸 경험이 얼마나 있느냐고 말이죠.
"How can you say that with such confidence? Do you have hands-on experience?"

모르면 입을 다물고 계시라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다.
I also would like to tell them to quiet down, especially if they have never experienced it before.

알지도 못하면서 떠들어봐야, 자신의 무지와 어리석음을 드러내는 것밖에 더 되겠습니까?
People say ignorance is bliss, but it is not; not in this case, anyway. Being loudmouthed without such knowledge will only have you making a fool out of yourself.

그래서 먼저 성경의 근거를 올리면서, 귀신의 잠복에 대해 생각해보도록 하죠.
Let's talk abou this matter with proper Bible passages.

예수께서 안식일에 한 회당에서 가르치실 때에 열여덟 해 동안이나 귀신 들려 앓으며 꼬부라져 조금도 펴지 못하는 한 여자가 있더라... 그러면 열여덟 해 동안 사탄에게 매인 바 된 이 아브라함의 딸을 안식일에 이 매임에서 푸는 것이 합당하지 아니하냐(눅13:10,11,16))
On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all... Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her? (Luke 13: 10, 11. 16)

예수님이 안식일에 어느 회당에 들어가셔서 귀신이 잠복해서 허리가 꼬부라진(디스크협착증) 여인에게서 귀신을 쫓아내고 불구를 온전케 하시는 기적을 베푸십니다.
Jesus goes in a synagogue on a Sudnay (Sabbath) and chases demons away from a lady who had been crippled. He even heals her.

그러자 회당장이 안식일에 병 고치는 것에 화를 내면서 안식일을 범하지 말라고 질책을 하였죠.
Then people started criticizing him for working on a Sabbath.

예수님은 이 아브라함의 딸이 안식일에 지난한 삶의 문제를 해결하는 것이 합당하다고 일축하십니다.
Jesus tells them it is only proper to help the daughter of Abraham to be free of demons that bound her.

수많은 목회자들의 말대로, 어떻게 크리스천에게 귀신이 들어가느냐고 한다면, 회당예배를 드리러 왔던 아브라함의 딸에게 귀신이 오랫동안 잠복해서 불구를 만들었다는 사실에 대해 명확한 설명을 해야 할 것입니다.
If the claim of many pastors holds to be true, then they'd have to explain why and how demons were taking control and binding the crippled lady for such a long time.

예수님은 그녀가 아브라함의 딸이라면서 하나님의 약속의 백성이라고 말하고 있어요.
And Jesus even called her a daughter of Abraham, a daughter of God.

그런데 우리네 교인에게는 귀신들이 들어갈 수 없습니까?
If they can enter and meddle with a daughter of Abraham, why can't they enter us?

마귀가 벌써 시몬의 아들 가룟 유다의 마음에 예수를 팔려는 생각을 넣었더라(요13:2)
The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. (John 13: 2)

열둘 중의 하나인 가룟인이라 부르는 유다에게 사탄이 들어가니(눅22:3)
Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. (Luke 22: 3)

성경은 예수님의 12제자들의 한명이 가룟유다에게 사탄이 들어가서 예수를 팔려는 생각을 넣어주었다고 명백하게 밝히고 있습니다.
The Bible says the devil went into Judas Iscariot, one of the 12 disciples, putting thoughts of betrayal in him.

아시다시피, 가룟유다는 다른 11제자와 함께 예수님의 선택을 받아 3년 반동안 예수님을 따라다니며 제자가 되는 길을 걸어갔죠.
Judas Iscariot followed Jesus for 3 and a half years, along with other 11 disciples.

그는 충성심과 지혜를 인정받아 예수님과 제자들이 쓸 돈궤를 맡기도 하였어요.
He was known for his loyalty and wisdom; he was even put in charge of the money bag for the group.

그런데 어떻게 사탄이 그에게 들어갈 수 있다는 말입니까?
Then how was it possible for the devil to enter him?

우리네 교회지도자의 말에 의하면, 사도들에게는 들어갈 수 있어도 우리네 교인들에게는 들어갈 수 없다는 게 말이 되는 소리일까요?
According to pastors' claims, does that mean demons can enter the disciples, but they cannot enter Christians today?

이렇게 성경에 무지한 사람들이 교회지도자를 자처하고 있기 때문에, 귀신의 공격에 속수무책으로 당하고 있는 형국입니다.
Because these people with no knowledge are leading churches, they are taking every attack demons carry out.

그렇다면 제가 귀신이 들어갔다고 말하는 사람들이 누구일까요?
Who am I referring to, when I talk about the ones with demosn within them?

제가 충주에서 영성학교를 열고 사역을 시작하기 전에, 약 3년 동안 대전에서 성령으로부터 귀신에 대한 훈련을 받았습니다.
I was trained about 3 years about how to deal wiht demons before I started my ministry in ChoongJoo, before I founded CSA.

그리고 2년 6개월 전에 충주에 와서 기도훈련을 시키는 본격적인 사역을 시작하였죠.
And my ministry started about 2 and a half years ago with CSA, and that is when I started training people myself.

지금까지 수백 명의 사람에게서 귀신을 쫓아내었으며, 지금도 귀신이 잠복한 수많은 사람들이 찾아오고 있는 것도 사실이예요.
I have chased out demons from hundreds of people; and I have more coming for my help.

그런데 그들이 죄다 크리스천임은 말할 나위도 없습니다.
And it shouldn't be a surprise when I say they were all Christians.

그렇다면 저는 그들에게 귀신이 잠복해 있는지 어떻게 알았을까요?
How did I know demons were hiding insdie, controlling them?

먼저 성령께서 정신질환 환자나 고질병 환자의 상당수가 귀신들이 잠복해서 질병을 일으키는 증거라고 말씀하셨습니다.
First, the Holy Spirit told me that majority of people's mental disorders or incurable illnesses are caused by demons.

그렇다면 제가 귀신을 쫓아내는 기도로서 귀신이 나가고 정신질환이나 고질병이 낫는다면 제 주장을 인정해야 할 것이죠.
So my claim must be true if people's health DOES get restored due to my prayer of chasing demons out, right?

그러나 우리네 교회에 정신질환이나 고질병을 낫게 하는 성령의 능력을 보이는 이들이 얼마나 있을까요?
But how many pastors and church leaders have such power, the power of the Holy Spirit?

정신질환이나 고질병은 세상의 병원이나 치유방법으로 해결되지 않는 병입니다.
These illnesses are pretty much impossible to resolve by worldly ways.

만약 크리스천 안에 귀신이 없다면, 어떻게 정신질환이나 고질병의 문제가 해결되지 않는지 해명해야 될 것이예요.
If no demons can enter Christians, we would still need an explaination why these illnesses won't go away.

저는 직접 기도로 귀신을 쫓아내고 정신질환을 치유하면서 주장하고 있습니다.
I am claiming this as I chase demons away and heal people myself.

또한 제가 이 사역을 하면서, 크리스천의 70%이상이 귀신이 잠복해 있다는 놀라운 사실을 알아냈습니다.
I found out about 70% of Christians have demons hiding insidd them.

그렇다면 어떻게 이 사실을 알아냈겠습니까?
How did I find out?

하나님을 부르는 기도를 전심으로 하다보면 잠복해 있는 귀신들이 놀라서 두려워하는 반응이 나타납니다.
When you start calling out to God with all your heart, you would have reactions of demons because they become scared.

그 반응이 침, 가래, 하품, 트림, 헛구역질, 구토, 방귀, 배변 등의 생리적인 현상이 두드러지고, 두통, 어지럼증, 가려움증, 배가 찌를 듯이 아프고, 배에 움직임이 감지되며, 딱딱한 게 만져지고 소리가 나기도 하죠.
The reactions include: (Overwhelming) saliva, yawn, burp, nausea, wretching, fart, defacation, headache, dizziness, itch, stomachache; you may even feel movements, hardness, or sounds in your stomach.

또한 가슴이 답답하며 심장 뛰는 소리가 크게 들리기도 합니다.
And you might have your heart thumping very loudly, too.

그러나 이런 증상은 귀신이 잠복해 있는 초기증상일 뿐이예요.
But these are only the initial symptoms.

그래서 이런 사람들에게 영성학교에 와서 축출기도를 받으면서 기도훈련을 하라고 권면하고 있습니다.
So I tell people with these symptoms to come to CSA and train, as well as go through expulsion prayers.

왜냐면 이런 사람들은 수많은 귀신들이 잠복해 있기 때문이예요.
It is simply because these people probably has countless number of demons within them.

그래서 축출기도를 받으면 온 몸에 통증이 돌아가며 생겨나고, 기존의 나았던 고질병이 다시 도지며, 이명이 생기거나 환청이나 환각증상이 생기고, 축출기도를 하면 괴성을 지르고 사지를 뻗대면서 귀신들이 존재감을 드러내기 시작합니다.
When people go through expulsion prayers, they often have their bodies move uncontrollably; their condition even worsens; they also may even experience tinnitus and auditory and or visual halluciations; these are all demons doing, revealing themselves.

이런 증상이 생기면, 어느 누구라도 자신 안에 귀신이 있다는 것을 인정하지 않을 수가 없겠죠.
You must admit; if these symptoms occur again and again, you have demons within you.

그러나 우리네 교회의 목회자들은 귀신을 쫓아내고 분별하는 영적 능력이 없으면서, 어떻게 거룩한 교회에 귀신이 들어오며 어두움인 귀신들이 빛이 하나님의 자녀에게 잠복하느냐면서 선문답 같은 말만 반복하고 있죠.
Leaders of churches today don't have the power to carry on what Jesus had done in the past; they ask, "How can demons, creatures of darkness, come into bodies of Christians, the children of God?"

뭐, 그네들의 주장이 틀린 말은 아닙니다.
They are not completely wrong.

그러나 이는 우리네 교회가 예수님의 몸 된 교회가 아니라는 반증이고, 귀신이 들어간 자녀들은 하나님이 통치하시는 자녀가 아니라는 증거가 아니겠습니까?
But doesn't that mean the churches today do not have the power Jesus had? Doesn't that mean they are not people God reigns?

예수님과 제자들의 사역을 보세요.
Take a look at the ministry Jesus and his disciples carried out.

그들은 성령의 능력으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 고질병을 치유하면서 영혼을 구원하고 하나님의 나라를 확장해나갔습니다.
With the power of the Holy Spirit, they chased demons out, healed sick people, saved souls, and expanded God's kingdom.

그러나 우리네 교회에서는 귀신에 대해 무지하고 두려워하고 있을 뿐이예요.
But only thing churches today do is to avoid demons; they are too ignorant and too afraid.

그렇다면 예수님 시대에 우글우글하던 귀신들이 죄다 어디로 사라졌다는 말입니까?
Then where did all the demons that roamed the Earth in Jesus' time go?

무능하고 무기력한 믿음으로, 고단하고 팍팍하게 살아가는 크리스천들이 귀신이 지배하는 증거가 아니고 무엇이겠는가?
With faith as powerless and energyless they could have, it could only mean Christians today are controlled by demons, living tired, empty, lonely lives.
