The Challenge of Women

I write this article taking into account the multiple roles that women play in the current time.
The dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy (RAE) defines the word challenge as "the objective or difficult task to carry out, and which is therefore a stimulus and a challenge for those who face it."

Based on this definition, we observe how the woman traces objectives or projects which she manages to achieve, because they constitute a stimulus and challenge that she wants to achieve.

The woman has achieved today, what decades ago she had not been able to reach such as: studying, being professional, holding positions held by men, that is, assuming roles that in ancient times were reserved for men, such as the case of managing or managing companies and even government functions in different countries.

On the contrary, man has discovered that the facet of women as housewives is not a simple occupation, especially when there are small children to care for, nurture and protect.

A common day as a housewife and mother in the home, goes through the preparation of food on time, change and wash diapers, clean the house, wash the dishes, feed the children, make them sleep and watch that they do not hit , or have an accident, because young children are like a magnet for accidents, they like to play with household things that represent danger. From there, that only living for a day the facet of the woman as a mother and housewife, the husband understands the why sometimes when arriving from work, the woman is disheveled, with clothes smelling of food and toys of the children watered in the living room and in the rest of the house ?, coming to the thought of man, that the wife has not done anything in the day, has spent only sleeping or watching television. When the reality is very different.
However, when the woman apart from her commitments in the home assumes with pleasure or necessity the facet of employee or worker outside the house, she assumes another challenge, which sometimes is to her liking, either because she graduated in the University and want to practice their profession, or because you need to provide income to the home, begins a facet in which, usually has no experience and advice.

Women in the labor field, as is their custom, offer the best of themselves, because their profession is their vocation of service, apart from doing their work with pleasure, they also want to be recognized and valued as a worker who does well things, and that you can always trust him with greater responsibility. This is good, and it nourishes the woman's healthy self-esteem.

The dangers of women in the labor field are given, when balance and balance are lost, because it is not easy to play the multiple roles that it represents (mother, wife, worker) and marital problems can begin.

In the case of the Christian woman, there is the challenge of: being a virtuous woman in her place of study, in her place of work and in her home. The tempter will look for the way to incur sins or faults, which could justify by the multiple roles he exercises.

The real challenge is to keep things and relationships at a distance that can damage or disrupt your relationship with God and with your spouse and family members. More the tempter will continue insisting on highlighting any neglect of the husband, as well as the kind, cordial and gallant treatment of any co-worker, especially if he is not a Christian and is afraid of God. The natural (unconverted) man will usually try to seduce with kindnesses and details to the women in his place of work, his challenge as a man is to manage to conquer the women with whom he interacts, because for him he feeds his ego, and low self-esteem .

On the contrary, the Christian woman, in her place of work, is sometimes exposed to proposals that in people she does not like will be easy to refuse, but in men, who may be attractive, it will be a temptation. Hence, her relationship with God and her husband is a weapon that can free them from the clutches of Satan himself. More if the woman, allows a hope to this thought or words, will be trapped in the networks of conjugal infidelity.

In conclusion, it is my prayer in favor of the mainly Christian woman, that they be delivered with good when they are tempted and tell their husbands, their situation so that they receive timely help, women who have their leaders or pastors should quickly make their knowledge known. this situation so that they offer help, because like men they are tempted in this area, which in many occasions originates the destruction of marriage.

El Reto de la Mujer

Escribo el presente artículo tomando en cuenta los múltiples roles que desempeña la mujer en el tiempo actual.
El diccionario de la Real Academia Española (RAE) define la palabra reto como "el Objetivo o empeño difícil de llevar a cabo, y que constituye por ello un estímulo y un desafío para quien lo afronta".

Partiendo de esta definición observamos, como la mujer se traza objetivos o proyectos los cuales logra alcanzar, porque constituyen un estímulo y desafío que desea lograr.

La mujer ha logrado hoy, lo que décadas atrás no había podido alcanzar como: estudiar, ser profesional, ocupar cargos desempeñados por el hombre, es decir, asumir roles que en la antigüedad eran reservados a los hombres, como el caso de administrar o gerenciar empresas y hasta funciones de gobierno en distintos países.

Por el contrario, el hombre ha descubierto que la faceta de la mujer como ama de casa, no es un oficio sencillo, principalmente cuando existen niños pequeños a los cuales cuidar, alimentar y proteger.

Un día común como ama de casa y madre en el hogar, pasa por la preparación de alimentos a la hora, cambiar y lavar pañales, limpiar la casa, lavar los platos, alimentar a los niños, hacer que duerman y vigilar que no se golpeen, o tengan un accidente, porque los niños pequeños son como un imán para los accidentes, les gusta jugar con las cosas del hogar que representan peligro. De allí, que solo viviendo por un día la faceta de la mujer como madre y ama de casa, el esposo comprenda el ¿por qué en ocasiones al llegar del trabajo, la mujer está despeinada, con la ropa oliendo a comida y los juguetes de los niños regados en la sala y en el resto de la casa?, viniendo al pensamiento del hombre, que la esposa no ha hecho nada en el día, se la ha pasado solo durmiendo u observando televisión. Cuando la realidad es muy distinta.

Ahora bien, cuando la mujer aparte de sus compromisos en el hogar asume con gusto ó por necesidad la faceta de empleada o trabajadora fuera de la vivienda, asume otro reto, el cual en ocasiones es de su agrado, bien sea porque se graduó en la universidad y desea ejercer su profesión, o porque necesita aportar ingresos económicos al hogar, comienza una faceta en la cual, por lo general no tiene experiencia y asesoría.

La mujer en el campo laboral como es su costumbre, brinda al máximo lo mejor de sí misma, porque su profesión es su vocación de servicio, aparte de hacer con gusto su trabajo, también desea ser reconocida y valorada como una trabajadora que hace bien las cosas, y que pueden confiarle siempre mayor responsabilidad. Esto es bueno, y nutre la sana autoestima de la mujer.

Los peligros de la mujer en el campo laboral vienen dados, cuando se pierde el equilibrio y el balance, por no ser fácil desempeñar los múltiples roles que representa (madre, esposa, trabajadora) y pueden comenzar los problemas matrimoniales.

En el caso de la mujer cristiana se suma el reto de: ser una mujer virtuosa en su lugar de estudio, en su lugar de trabajo y en su hogar. El tentador buscará la forma de que incurra en pecados o faltas, los cuales podría justificar por los múltiples roles que ejerce.

El verdadero reto consiste en mantener a distancia las cosas y relaciones que pueden dañar o interrumpir su relación con Dios y con su esposo y familiares. Más el tentador continuará insistiendo en destacar tanto cualquier desatención del esposo, como el trato amable, cordial y galante de cualquier compañero de trabajo principalmente si este no es cristiano y tiene temor de Dios. El hombre natural (inconverso) por lo general intentará seducir con amabilidades y detalles a las mujeres en su lugar de trabajo, su reto como hombre está en lograr conquistar a las mujeres con las cuales interactúa, porque para él alimenta su ego, y baja autoestima.

Por el contrario la mujer cristiana, en su lugar de trabajo está en ocasiones expuestas a propuestas que en personas que no le agradan resultará fácil de rechazar, pero en hombres, que pueden resultarles atractivos, será una tentación. De allí que, su relación con Dios y su esposo es un arma que puede librarlas de las garras del mismo satanás. Más si la mujer, permite una esperanza a este pensamiento o palabras, quedará atrapada en las redes de la infidelidad conyugal.

Como conclusión, es mi oración a favor de la mujer principalmente cristiana, que sean libradas con bien cuando sean tentadas y cuenten a sus esposos, su situación para que reciban ayuda oportuna, las mujeres que tienen sus líderes o pastoras deben rápidamente hacer de su conocimiento esta situación para que le brinden ayuda, porque al igual que los hombres son tentadas en esta área, la cual en muchas ocasiones origina la destrucción del matrimonio.
