God Cares
God is love, and love is best expressed towards something or someone, so God created the heaven, the Earth, and people as an expression of his love. God created us in his own image, so we are very valuable to him.
"The Earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein." Psalm 24.1
Knowing that we are made in God's image provides a solid basis for self worth, which is not defined only by possessions, achievements public acclaim, physical well being or attractiveness. Because we are like God, we can feel positive about ourselves, and knowing that we are people of infinite Worth gives us the freedom to know God personally and to love him in all circumstances.
We are specially and wonderfully made and the eye of God is constantly watching and caring for us.
