Psalm 66 1-3

1 Shout for joy to God, all the earth!
2 Sing the glory of his name;
make his praise glorious.
3 Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds!
So great is your power
that your enemies cringe before you.

Dear steemeans

In Psalm 66 David gives a song of praise to God for his kindness to his people.

Here the greatness of the Lord is proclaimed and the offerings and promises of the believer are indicated.

We rest and trust in your promises, Lord. Because great is your power and mercy.

When the angel Gabriel took his message to Mary about the birth of Jesus, he said something important that we must take into account. After the announcement to Mary and to share the miracle that Elisabet had already lived, Gabriel declared, "because nothing is impossible for God" (Luke 1:37).

So we in this time of preparation to celebrate the event of Jesus' birth should prepare ourselves to faithfully live this miracle of God's love for humanity.

Mary made the confession indicated by listening to such an important revelation. "Behold the handmaid of the Lord; come to me according to your word "(Luke 1:38). The people of God must have the same attitude. Instead of doubting that God is willing or able to fulfill his promises, we must affirm the work of the Word in our lives. His Word will do what He wants (Isaiah 55:11) if we agree with it.
