Hi friends, beautiful morning to you all, i joyfully bring you God's word this morning that your hearts may lifted.
All thanks to our leader @sirknight,for this platform @steemchurch to share God's word.
Let's turn look at today's scripture.
Philippians 1:19-26
NIV:
for I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.
20
I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.
21
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
From the scripture above we could see that all Apostle Paul wanted was to see Christ magnified in his life.
Despite all the crises and critics he faced that could have made him to give up his commitment for the church he still couldn't because he was committed to seeing that Christ is glorified in all he does.
As a child of God, the question you need to ask yourself this morning is "does my life give God the glory he deserves?
Leaders that would change the world do not live for men or for things of the world, they live for Christ,not even death is able to scare them.
If Paul knew that dying was to his own benefit but yet he choose to live that Christ may be proclaimed,i don't know what other commitment is greater than this.
The book of Matthew says "Let your light so shine that men may give glory to God for your sake".
I don't know how you feel about those words but personally i want the beauty of Christ to be reflected in my life daily.
Oh what joy that comes with it!
I wish that God would grant you a clearer insight to his word this morning.
I wish that Men would give thanks to God for an angel like you he brought to the world, even in your absence.
Brothers and Sisters of @steemchurch, it is time to arise,we all need to be committed to glorifying God more than anything.
Circumstances need not determine our stand and conviction on what we do or steps we take.
Our focus is in what matters to most to the Lord.

Indeed in HIM do we live and have our being. We are expected to live our lives for HIM. For we have not choosen HIM but HE has choosen us and ordained us to bear fruits jn 15:16, and if we fail to be fruitful (living for HIM) then HE would cut us off jn15 :2. When we are neither hot or cold HE would spu us out of HIS mouth.
We are expected to be an example of the believers in all we do, 1tim 4:12

This is a question that should keep us in check, because our lives belongs to the Almighty God and in every action we take, lets make sure it glorifies God.
