THE Cartel Battle Procedures will be as follows:
Any member actively battling will not use any "Cartel" tag in their message
unless granted by a public declaration of war.
You may use "revenge for " and state the players name you are revenging for.
All wars will be talked about in the discord BEFORE declaration.
