Steps to book:

1. Contact me at steemitchat @skynyc to confirm availability and make a reservation. Also, it is possible to book via Airbnb and I will adjust to price to cover minimal fees required by Airbnb and arrange payment of the reservation via Steem coin.

2. Make your reservation by making a transfer for 10% of the total amount to reserve one of our 4 units.

3. 24-48 hours before arrival I will provide a code for the door lock, allowing checkin on your own anytime.

4. Make a transfer for the rest of the amount upon check-in.
