Considering the usefulness of data, I want to share with you a unique platform in town call Quadrant Protocol.

Since the introduction of the internet and many uses that have branched from it, Data has been one unique and important feature of the internet. Recently, data is seeing to be lucrative, considering the introduction of other aspect of the internet like internet of things (IoT) and other features, the quest for data has increased. A friend was to start up an online marketing company to help local shops market their products on the internet. He needed few data to start, emails, twitter and other social media information of where to distribute information. Where to source such data was a problem. This is also how Amazon, ebay Alibaba the big ecommerce industries are also seeking data to update their marketing potentials. Finding data is one thing authenticity of such data is another, who verifies it and how reliable is it. Data is a big player in globalization but we need to be sure of its authenticity. Another aspect of the industry is the AI artificial intelligent, it runs on Maths algorithms of data combined to achieve a results, which auto taxi, robots and drone won’t run without data feeding. Imagine the catastrophic result of a military drone fed with untrue data. To add, where is the data coming from? Who provides it? Someone sat down and research and collated it. Has the individual been settled or incentives? Is there any palliative for the individual or how trust worthy is it? So what’s the solution? Quadrant has so many answers for us.

Invention of Blockchain technology has introduced trustworthiness on information put on open ledger that can be viewed by parties involved in a transaction. This is achieved on a consensus smart contract that is immutable and transparent. Quandrant protocol is leveraging on the uniqueness of the blockchain to establish a platform that will benefit all players in each data supply chain. Each data that passes through the chain is processed through Proof of Authority algorithm and Quadrant has designed its chain to include Nurseries, Pioneers, Elons and Guardians. These are names giving to data providers developers and users in stages. So Quadrant is providing foundational blue print for each party to enter the chain as required or the level they need data for, one interesting aspect of quadrant blue print is that data passing through this chain are stamped (using the standard SHA 256 hashing algorithm) and can’t be changed, this is to be able to show origin and originality. The blue print is designed in such a way that incentives attached to every data provider or developer is paid as adequate in a fulfilling and transparent way. Data inquirers or buyers can also pay for the data they are supplied.

To help in transactions on the quadrant protocol platform are the eQuad and Quad tokens. The eQuad will be sold during the Token Generation Event (TGE) and will be a gate way to other cryptocurriency while the Quad token will be used to mark data that passes through the chain. Meaning every data at each stage carries its own identity in a crypted form. As more data is encrypted by the Quad token the demand of it increases and surely making it valuable.

The TGE is slated for 26th June 2018 and will run till 26th July 2018 offering opportunity to the public to own some of this future generation token.
