It used to be slightly more in the higher pools, but we flattened it in anticipation of our full automation roll-out. After we move to the system, there will not even be static pool assignments, but dynamic voting account selection for each post.
The only benefit to being upvoted by the main pool is the reputation boost, since the lower pools don't post yet and have lower reputations.
