Proposal Review for the Steemalliance organization

Hello dear steemians. This is an objective review of the proposals written for the @steemalliance project.

The @steemalliance project is setup in order to improve our dear steem community, therefore, 5 writers and steem enthusiasts tended in their contributions in order to ascertain who has the best ideas for the mode of operation of the @steemalliance organization.
These 5 writers are @alexvan, @impactn, @upheaver, @shadowspub and @thehive. (They were basically 6, but @jackmiller had to retract his proposal for unknown reasons.) These 5 finalists had the following to suggest concerning the start of the steemalliance organization.

@alexvan - A Decentralized Steem Incubator for the Future

• A self sustained and financed project for acceleration of other projects.
• Based in crypto friendly communities like Estonia, Malta, Singapore and others.
• Must be non-profit
• 2 years membership and non disclosure of members.
• No monetary compensation, but an 80% profit on delegation and a 20% in liquid form (fiat money).
• A bi-weekly report to the steem community for questioning.

@impactn - DeCentraSteem

• Should strengthen the community, and be a self organised and self determined working circle.
• There should be no leadership body.
• The community should comprise of steemians. - And a working circle accountable to steemians.
• Funding should be decided by working circle.
• Profit based.
• Decision making should be done by the working circle which comprises of 5 steemians possessing 2,000steempower.
• Accountable to steemians.

@upheaver - Steem Alliance

• The goal is to create and grow a sustainable ecosystem around the steem blockchain.
• A 50/50% between fiat and crypto. Should be non-profit.
• Leadership should be selected by a board of directors. And should have 5levels.
• 7 members of the steem community should be selected quarterly by boarder steem community.
• Decision making by the board of directors.
• 80% allocated for executing missions and purpose, 10% for administration cost and 10% for fund raising expenses.
• Yearly and quarterly reports to steem community.

@shadowspub - The Merger

• Encourage and offer support to projects that increase the value of the steemtoken.
• Non-profit
• Community has the ability rmto run campaign to serve on any of the topical sub boards.
• 15 board of directors (5 executive, 2 critical partners and 8 directors).
• A start up finding from Steem Inc, and subsequent funding from grants, delegations, equity, etc.
• Budgets compiled by the executive board and approved by the board of directors.
  Major decision making by the board of directors.
• A collaboration with @aggroed, @whatsup, @guiltyparties, @upheaver and @bluefinstudios.

@thehive - I made a Proposal

• The goal is to become self reliant of external investment.
• 12 steem accounts to be created and designed for projects.
• Great leadership and involvement intentions from @thehive.
• Promoting investment in fiat
• One main account grows sub accounts.

Common denominators found are:

• The need for the growth of steem community; and
• The need for transparency in the steemalliance organization.

Every member of the steem community is eligible to vote.

Doing so does NOT count as your vote in the election, this is only an on chain method for users to register for the upcoming election. Those who do not register, will not count in the future election.

You only have 2 choices; "Yes" or "Absolutely", you can choose either! Both do the same thing! This is only an on chain way of registering users to vote.able to participate in the upcoming election of the structure of this foundation, you must register to vote.

Once registered, you are all set to come back and vote for the election which will be held April 10th-17th.
