This is my dish, called "Spicy Sour Fish" or in Gayo Language I call it "Asam Jeng". The fish that I cook is Giant Traveli, one of the high quality fish.
I have never tasted that type of fish. It sounds very good!
Thank mam @melinda010100. I suggest you to try it. Btw this original my creation when I am in duty on outside island in indonesia, i am enjoy it because my mom (passed away) teach me to independent even I am a man.
