Happy & Blessed Friday To All :)
Today I went for a high altitude run. Started of with 5mins warm up and then increased the speed a little for 50minutes and lowered it back when I had finish to cool down. Overall I've seen my saturation level do really great and when I run outdoors I feel like I can breathe soo much better, now I wanna work on my heartbeat so I can run at a lower heartrate. I might go to a 5km race on sunday just for the fun of it.
