Pork Jelly is one of the famous Korean traditional food. I didn't enjoy it often, but nowadays I had chances to have it and I liked it.

They say it is good for skin because it has collagen in. Therefore women like to have them a lot. It has quite a lot of proteins as well. It is a healthy food.
