But, there are people to blame for this. Hive didn't appear out of thin air. The content didn't clone itself.

I am sure if people pool their resources this is entirely possible, hence why I was proposing a "class-action suit".

And no, I can't find a way to delete my posts, and since I have no Hive power, I can't do it manually either.

The bottom line is, I do not want any of my content nor my name on Hive. Nothing of mine. I want nothing to do with it. Not after everything that happened.

I will not pair my name with theirs.

You're right. I wonder if lawsuits against people behind HIVE will start. Those who would go after - would most likely win.

Well, if Hive doesn't respond to "cease and desist", it is inevitable that there will be lawsuits. Many(most) of the problems were avoidable.

Dear @worldcapture

There is actual person and company which is to be blamed for cloning all content to HIVE and I'm sure @akiroq could win lawsuit against them if he only would bother to start.

Maybe we should start with a lawsuit against exchanges who used user funds to vote for fake witnesses first? @crypto.piotr

Anyone can sui anyone, Freedom is endless :)) As long as you can pay that bs

Custodial rights of exchanges/financial institutions/banks/etc is definitely something worth examining and to potentially challenge.

Do you know what your assets(or the value of your assets) are being used for?
Do you know what your funds are promoting?
Shouldn't you have a right to know?

I would argue that ethically, you should have a right to know and to potentially disagree.

However, this is a separate issue from using intellectual property to promote a business without the author's consent.

It still doesn't make it "right".

I could delegate you Hive so you can remove it if that would help you?

Thanks, so much for the offer. I found someone to do it, and we figured out how to delegate too(it wasn't working via Hive). I am almost done removing my posts.

@worldcapture Would you happen to know how she can undelegate, because I am finished. We can't seem to figure it out. Hopefully, you can help. Thank you.

Maybe through Steemworld.org @akiroq

@worldcapture Is there a version of SteemWorld equivalent for Hive?

I'm not entirely sure.

You could try going on Steemworld.org -> Settings -> SteemNote (Add custome Node) : anyx.io (Or any other supported node)

You have no rights, sorry buddy. Because only governments grant rights and the whole thing with this decentrizaasdoiuing is to not grant a right and also to not permit things.

But we all already know that you don't know that. So I speak you free of all charges! Great 'Right'?!
