What The Hemp | Ep 3 - Oklahoma Legalizes Medical Cannabis

I just wanted to get my new #steem friends up-to-date on my "What the Hemp" episodes. So here is episode 3 shot on June 27th 2018. In this episode I talk about the new Medical #Marijuana legislation that passed by 56% in Oklahoma! (I can't believe such a conservative state passed such broad legislation.) and of course as always, the state officials and the Police were against it so much that the UN-elected state medical board passed restrictive amendments that pretty much overturned the bill as it was written....But thank God, as I explain in later videos, the state had to rescind those amendments. Because they stepped over their legal bounds and don't have the authority to change legislation.

I also mention how the 9th circuit court of appeals ruled that medical #cannabis patients aren't allowed to have a gun.
And this is a slippery slope. You see with prohibition, the only government involvement was arrests and raids. And if you laid low, you could freely smoke cannabis safely. However, with legalization, now they have you on a list and are checking it twice, gonna find out if you've been naughty or nice. You may welcome cannabis legalization, but never forget, you are now on a government list.
