Things That Cost More Than Sending Steem On Seemit
I don't think a lot of people understand how big a deal it is that you can send steem to anyone, anywhere, in seconds and it doesn't cost you a thing. You want to send money to a friend it will cost you fees, either banking fees or the cost of gas to drive to a friends house or, if you are sending money worldwide, you will have to pay transfer fees. When you transfer money from a bank the wiring fees are $35 here in Canada. That is a lot to just give money away :p To illustrate my point, here are a list of things that are cheaper than sending steem through steemit
The monthly fees you pay for your bank.
The gas to drive to someone's place to give them money.
The envelope that you put the money in.
A gumball.
The cost to wire money around the world.
The pen you use to sign the transaction for your banking transaction.
A phone call if you can find a phone booth.
A game of Pinball or Street Fighter
Anything at the dollar store.
Penny stocks.
The wallet you keep your money in.
The material that is used to make he change in your pocket.
The change itself.
And if time is money, the list goes on and on.
Want to see for yourself how free and efficient it is, send steem to @whatageek and see how fast it is :p. Yes that is joke, do not send me steem. But I will take your upvotes :)
What else is more expensive than sending steem?

Thats a good point
Ha! Jokes on you! I can get gumballs for free!
Really though, this is a good point, lol.
Wait I minute, I want free gumballs...
Nice post, I'm keen to see more of your content! Follow for follow? :)
I get free pens from the bank. It doesn't even have to be my bank ;)
good one
Tis true, sending many things is more expensive than sending Steem! Actually doing most anything feels more expensive than sending Steem. I played Basketball today and an open rec center was more expensive because I had to drive 30 miles round-trip !
Nice post !
You made the point !
