ha ha is good logic deanlogic now I am reading your other posts.Kinda wish there were residual payouts for older posts because it would probably seen more I am learning to use the search more often and just learning as much as I can I don't want to burn out trying to write my blogs to much and then be discouraged because of the low payouts I just need to change my attitude.I am sure when the student is ready the teacher will arrive. lol

Believe me, I had the discussion about low paying posts and being able to resubmit them for another payout term. My idea would be that they would just have to set a maximum payout and anything below that value could be resubmitted after 30 days to receive the payout again.

There are many posts from the past that are still good information.

However, you'll see the same topic appear multiple times by different users, because they don't do a search and just post what they want to. And since the payout term ends after 7 days, it really doesn't matter, because people are less likely to view something over a week old. I consider that a bit of a weakness built into STEEMit.

As far as the burnout thing. I did 4 articles a day for 2 months and while that really didn't burn me out, life plus that did burn me out a little bit, so I cut back on a couple of the posts that really weren't going anywhere. Most of my big payout posts are unique, but I tried to make one into a series. Since the other two posts in that series didn't payout like the first one, I decided that it was just luck that I got the payout on the first one. However, I will probably post some more in that series.

Anyway, the key is not to look at the whales and what they are posting, they are already whales, so it doesn't matter what they post. Just post what you want, but make it a quality post.
