As you can see below, the Top 50 most friendly voters on Steemit contains some regular faces and some new ones too. @henrikdegrote was WAY ahead of everyone else when it comes do financial value of votes being made!
Don't forget you can check your own stats and all other voters that were active during the indexing period, just by visiting the 'examine a voter' page at Steem Ocean and typing a valid username in there.

SteemOcean really is becoming a most useful tool - thank you for building it.
A bit off-topic I think but I would love to find a way to easily see delegation histories in and out - at least for a month past.
Do you know of any tools that already do this? Or would that be anything you might ever add to SteemOcean?

i don't currently intend to add anything of that nature into steem ocean and have a long list of other things to add when i get time - but maybe at some point i will extend it in that direction - we shall see!

Don't know for other, but I heard @sweetsssj is only upvoting her friends and family with power delegated to her, mostly on 6th day.

I have to find a balance between the various metrics used in calculating the voter rank index and currently the total amount of rewards paid out is causing her to be in the top positions. The flipside is that if I change the calculations to favor the amount of accounts voted for, then we see people in the top positions who vote tiny amounts for many accounts, which is also a poor example of actually helping other users. Future updates will attempt to address this issue.
Didn't research her or any other Steemian because I didn't join Steemit to fight people. But I did read she got caught giving big upvotes only to few people on 6th day. I wouldn't care at all, but like you said it's about 'proof of wallet' instead of 'proof of brain', so unfortunately we got to speak about it also if we want to transform Steemit in more ethical platform that will be truly 'proof of brain'.

well, you can't force them to do anything - but i suggest looking at who they are voting for and what they are interested in, then finding the ones who maybe vote on topics you are posting about. By making posts that are as high a quality as the ones they vote on (or better), plus by maybe leaving a friendly comment for the voter, you might attract their attention. Just don't annoy them! ;)

The voter rank looks at the total amount of money paid out from the steem rewards pool as a result of votes made to accounts other than the voter's own account. Vote rank is increased by voting for a high number of other accounts. The idea is to try to show who is supporting the community in their voting, rather than just supporting themselves.
so they are good supporters of steemit community

I am seriously blown away by how low the self voting percentage is on all of those accounts, I see people complaining about this every day, yet here are the facts and it clearly shows that the majority of whales on Steemit are nothing but supportive and kind people!
