I have to find a balance between the various metrics used in calculating the voter rank index and currently the total amount of rewards paid out is causing her to be in the top positions. The flipside is that if I change the calculations to favor the amount of accounts voted for, then we see people in the top positions who vote tiny amounts for many accounts, which is also a poor example of actually helping other users. Future updates will attempt to address this issue.
Didn't research her or any other Steemian because I didn't join Steemit to fight people. But I did read she got caught giving big upvotes only to few people on 6th day. I wouldn't care at all, but like you said it's about 'proof of wallet' instead of 'proof of brain', so unfortunately we got to speak about it also if we want to transform Steemit in more ethical platform that will be truly 'proof of brain'.
