well, you can't force them to do anything - but i suggest looking at who they are voting for and what they are interested in, then finding the ones who maybe vote on topics you are posting about. By making posts that are as high a quality as the ones they vote on (or better), plus by maybe leaving a friendly comment for the voter, you might attract their attention. Just don't annoy them! ;)
