20x means if I delegate you 100.000 SP your upvote will be with 2.000.000 SP? I'm right?
Pretty much yes. The way the algorithm works is that it takes your delegation amount, multiples that by 20x, and then divides that number by the total delegated amount to get your percentage upvote for the day. The end result is roughly 20x vote value. Hope that helps. :)
