Building my voting power back up!? URGENT
Hey Steem,
I just found out about voting power and its depletion yesterday, I was upvoting as much as i could completely unaware of the futility of this persuit once a nice steemian looked up my power and informed me of steemd.com/@username .
So for you new to steem, realise that as you upvote content you value it will deplete the power of each vote, so once your using low power (under 30% lets say but its dependent on your rep too) your votes are not doing anything and you need to let it recharge before continueing to upvote. Once its up pver 80%, this will give you power to influence the posts rep and value.

Good post. I would buy some Steem Power. A good investment and will give you 9 percent interest. Your voting power will increase even when it is depleted relative to what you have now.

10 votes per day will not lower your Voting Power, as 1 vote is gained each 2.4 hours. If your Voting Power is drained, then use less than 10 votes per day to slowly regain your Voting Power.
Once you have more than 500 Steem, you get a Vote Slider, which allows you to adjust the percentage of each Vote you give.
