Not yet, price isn’t too pretty but it still the only blockchain I transact on everyday. Maybe people where looking for a get rich quick deal and didn’t want to stick in for the long hall idk.
I’m just waiting on .10 steem so I can finally get my 1000sp I’ve been wanting for so long.
If @steemmonsters ever hits the google play store with an app we can expect steem will feel a little better.
Also someone needs to make emojis easier to use already. People are addicted to emojis... @partiko plzzz
It's not dead, the system just gives too much incentive to game it and there are too few reasons to actually power up right now. Plenty of users want it to work so I'm sure ways will be found to make it all work more properly one day
Steem is far from dead can honestly say it is the only blockchain I actively use and not purely speculating on the price. If anything I personally am more bullish on steem then any other blockchain. Steem has a working product yes there are some things which could be done better but hopefully, that will come in time. Steem is a steal at these prices in my opinion however I do think steem is under the rader. I don't think people including those on steem and off which includes developers know how much you can do on the steem blockchain.

I think its built a nice base over the past few years. Price itself doesnt reflect all the users and community
A few more days and it will be the best time to buy in my estimation.
