I'll ask @lordnigel for a final ruling. Traditionally, Gobbo items have only been good for the stage in which they were acquired. Looking through the combat in this tournament, we have played through the stages keeping that tradition.
However, this post specifically said that Gobbo items carried over between stages, which directly contradicts a passage in the instructions post that said the Gobbo item was only good for stage in which it was acquired.
(Sorry for the wordy explanation, I hope you're not lost yet.)
For now, I'm not including the Gobbo item in the score calculation and your 1st boss roll is validated as follows:
15 (roll) + 12 (banked life points) + 1 (ibtluckydip item) + 2 (pickpocketed item) + 1 (Gobbo item) = 31
I'll adjust your score if necessary later on.

After talking with @lordnigel and finding out his intentions, I am adding the +1 from the Gobbo item to your roll. Your first roll score is 31 and you still have one roll left for the boss.
Is this right?? Or am i missing something?? or have i added to much?
