Farmers getting proper prices through low cost interest and contracted products through contract farming. Farmers are also getting good quality farming in the field of crop and agricultural products. This arrangement is being seen in the investigation of Bangladesh Bank that contract farming is becoming popular for both farmers and agricultural marketing companies.

Contract farming is a loan of 9% interest from the bank and the same interest is distributed to the farmers through the agreement. Under an agreement, the agricultural marketing company distributes the loan among the farmers by borrowing from the bank. Farmers get technical assistance and fertilizer in the production of good quality seeds as well as crop production. Again, the farmers are selling the crop in the market at the highest rate of the market for the distribution of the loan to the organization. In the event of crop loss due to excessive rainfall, drought or any other natural disaster, the distributors and farmers will be harmed according to the contract.
