No doubt steemjet is one of the best community on the steemit blockchains as it supports different kinds of talent ranging from graphic designs, music and others and which is what motivated the creation of this STEEMJETTALENTS Account.
@steemjettalents is aimed at housing all talents both the ones been supported right now and others, sir believe me if I say we can't create different steemjet account for each talent we have in this community just like we have steemjet records, steemjet radio and the likes, we have thousands of talent here on this great community who have been looking for way to showcase their talent but can't because no avenue was provided for that, many of steemjeters can't sing but are good in instruments such as drums and the likes, some can't sing but are sound engineers, music producers etc .
I believe everyone has something to offer.

6. Actors and actresses (for steemjet dramas/play)
7. Fashion designers(for steemjet wardrobe)
8. Programmers/soft ware engineers
9. Magicians (entertainment during steemjet meet-up)
10. Make up artist
11. Decorators (to decorate any steemjet meet-up venue and party)

    (entertainment at steemjet meet-up or party)
14. Printers/publishers (for printing of steemjet meet up flyers, posters, banners for ant steemjet upcoming events)
    Among others, they are here, they are part of this great community but felt neglected because they don't have any avenue of showcasing their own talent

This is what @steemjettalents has come to do, it will bring together different type of talent, groom them and by which they can be easily call on when needed. For example if a steemjet event is to take place somewhere we will have all it takes, there will be no need of paying external personell to do any job for us, amidst us we have event planners, decorators, sound engineer, photographer, master of ceremony, comedian, videographer etc.
This will also bring about less spamming on your post sir as all other talents apart from the one that already has an account can drop their skills on the @steemjettalents account and those that stands out can easily be picked when needed. So it will be submitted to you under the platform of @steemjettalents so you can go through them once and distribute them into various department as deemed fit by you, rather that spamming your post individually.

If this can be approved, a time will come that we will be organizing a physical training skill acquisition programs in steemjet name, for steemians and steemjeters, which will be a great and one of the best initiative so far on steemit and crypto block chain as a whole, we will have all it takes by then .

Out dream is that, it will get to a certain time where all personell needed for anything concerning steemjet will be in the great community and there will be no need of paying any external personell for anything and the community (steemjet) will be full of talents on different field. You might think other steemjet community will do this but No because they have their own purpose and we can't be creating different community for different talent, that is to show you how important this @steemjettalents will be to all steemjeters sir @dimimp

Need for steempower

Yes, while we groom all this talents and bring them to limelight in this community (steemjet) , their will be need for reinforcement, that is upvoting their good work so they can do more, upvoting talents that stand out bring about reinforcement and reward for a job well-done.
We hereby request for allocation of 30k steempower for the support of this initiative and also 3000 liquid steem to kick off Or any amount of steempower and liquid steem you think will be enough according to your discretion, we will be very glad if this can be considered. Am sure steemjeters will love this, sir @dimimp please consider this because it will go a long way in helping other talented people we have here and also reduce stress that you have to pass through in attending to different kinds of entries.
