Just a quote I had on the back of my business card when I became my own boss back in 1997 (and always a nice "icebreaker" to start a conversation).
I moved 5 times the last 4 years.
For that reason, old papers, documents, notes and all other stuff was kept in boxes, piled up to the ceiling in a closet.
Tonight finally found me some time to throw away all that has become (or WAS all the time actually) useless.
Anyway, going through all the boxes I came across some old notes I've made of favorite quotes.
The one above was also on it ofcourse.
And while reading that quote again I realized that with going through all that old (useless) stuff, I'm missing the future. Wasted time.
To make a long story short, didn't even bother to open the rest of the boxes. Everything is in my car, ready to be transported to a waste disposal site, FIRST thing tomorrow (talking 'bout Time-management, how's that?)
By the way; to make sure I won't miss the future ... right after having loaded up the car with "the past" I did another
of 2K to celebrate my great act of "Time-management"

I know a guy who moved a lot and kept most things in boxes and packed it out when he actually needed it.
When a box kept unopened it had to go after a while as he clearly did not need it
