Is Freewallet a safe place for Steem ?
Last week, after joining Steemit, I decided to start buying Steem.
I opened a Freewallet and transferred a small amount from my bitcoin wallet.
I've never seen it since.
I contacted support and Alvin suggested I provide the hash from the transaction details. I am a dummy about these things and couldn't really help. After a number of emails, including another one from Alvin (who declared himself as the co founder) and wanting to know of my experience with Freewallet (!?), I have
waved goodbye not only to my bitcoin but to Freewallet.
Any one else had a similar experience or am I being to hard on them ?
I also have a bad experience with them. I've sent 205 STEEM to their Android Wallet . But after 4 day when i try to send my STEEM on bittrex exchange, that fails 95% of time. I was only able to cash out 5 STEEM out of 205. They are holding my 200 STEEM for 6 Days now after disabling steem wallet !!!.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF KEEPING STEEM WALLET APP ON ANDROID MARKET IF IT IS DISABLED FOR 6 DAYS ???.
Once i get my money i will NEVER use anything related de freewallet.
I finally got my Steem 8 days later.....
Desperately seeking another Steem wallet....????
Jaxx, when will you create a steem ?...Anyone ...??
