A PROPOSAL FOR STEEMJET SPOKEN WORD ART/MOTIVATIONAL

Hello Sir @dimimp I am @simonmaven one of the new delegates in SF7.
This is a request/proposal that would help harness capacity building and induce leadership prowess amongst us the steemjet community.

STAGE 1- NATURE OF THE PROGRAM
*Every week, 5-10 SF members randomly would be selected from Space force 1-7 to have a slot to make spoken word art or motivational speech video on dtube, dlive or any other audio-visual handle. The topic of the speech or word art will be based on the speaker's choice.
*Once the SF members are done with, I will extend the hands to non-SFs in the community to also participate like wise.

STAGE 2- WHY THIS IDEA AND VISION SHOULD BE ENDORSED AND FUNDED/AIM OF THE VISION

Steemjet has always been a community of great minds and talents. The talents that have been so far tapped into here is graphic designs and music. But I came up with this idea of spoken word art/motivationals to help;

1. Give room for those that can't design nor sing, but would like to be heard and seen.
2. Instigate and motivate people within and outside steemjet to try something new through spoken word art.
   3.Build and groom young orators online
3. Build leadership capacity in people
4. Through nice and discerned motivational speeches, change mindsets for good.

STAGE 3- THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PROGRAM

• It will be called #STEEMJET_SPOKEN_WORD_ART(SSPWA)
• It will accommodate everybody; thereby giving room for numerous thoughts and ideas (intellectual boom)
• People's contributions would also be appreciated; since we have what is called intellectual right.

STAGE 4- REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPER DOCUMENTATION

1. A PC (laptop computer)
2. Internet router
3. A video camera
4. A still-picture camera
   5.Dlive, Dtube and YouTube channels
5. Reward token wallet for the participants
6. Steem power to help in upvoting participants.

STAGE 5- COST OF THE REQUIREMENTS

• PC (laptop computer)_______ 600 steem

• Still-picture camera ________ 700 steem
• Dlive, Dtube/youtube

• Reward token wallet

STAGE 6- DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
This program starts immediately this proposal is endorsed, funded and all the necessary requirements are put in place. It shall last for the next 5 months, lest more fund is given to extend it.

STAGE 7- THE COMMUNITY'S DIVIDEND
This vision will help create more awareness for steemjet and steemit at large.

MY VISION
To help globalise steemit and steemjet through spoken word art.

MY MISSION
To create young orators, motivational speakers and help youths like me to seeing need of impacting positively to their generation.
