First there should be the use case and the token modelled after the use case.
The DACH membership token and its UE utility token is a valid example for a concrete use case.
PAL and LEO on the other hand are invalid examples because they offer nothing that the native tokens STEEM and SBD do not provide.

Yes, both LEO and PAL offer an alternative to STEEM coins... How much value will bring, probably not much,if they will not add anything in addition.

I think they offer at the start the hype of the community which is a nice wave to ride. I hope they develope further with different use cases, else I sell them in 3-6 months.
