Well, it's not a bet because @tipU is not a bidding bot - it's more like a payment :)
Currently max @tipU upvote is around $36 so 20 SBD is OK for max payment.
Please note that you can send even 1000 SBD, @tipU will always automatically refund the difference (980 SBD in this example).
