RE: User's Guide to the Steemisphere, Version 1.0
Good evening @simplymike. Wanted to get back to you, as committed early this morning. First, I want to again thank you for making the investment of your time you did into your reply.
I have heard of some of these and some I have not. It sounds like SteemTracked provides functionality beyond what SteemWorld does, but at a price.
You mention SteemWriter and I briefly checked it out. Do you have any experience yet with SteemPeak? I have limited experience so far, but sure looks good to me and will likely become my replacement for Busy. I may look at SteemWriter again, but I do like having all of the other full condenser features available close-at-hand.
I’ve looked at SteemPlus before and pulled back due to it (then) requiring the use of Google Chrome. Looks now like there are other browser options. Appears Keychain may also require Chrome. I did go to the post link you provided and left a reply to @yabamatt about whether he and his team had ever given consideration to developing Keychain for the Brave browser, for which I have a strong preference.
” Two other tools I think one can't go without are Steemauto and/or Steemdunk, because auto voting plays an important part in the SteemIt community.”
Absolutely agree on the importance of auto-voting. This post is actually a supporting post to my “main event” post - Welcome to the Steemisphere! Getting Off to a "Flying Start," Version 1.0. In there, I talk about Steemauto.
Steemdunk is new to me, though, so thanks for the mention of it. I will definitely check into it.
Thanks again for your reply. Gives other readers lots to consider, which is perfect.
Until we “meet” again @simplymike, all the best to you!
I don't use Steemwriter as much anymore. It uwed to be my failsafe, when SteemIt or Busy blocked or something else happened, you were never sure whether the post you were working on would be saved or not.
That problem is solved now. It's one of the great features of Steempeak: you can save your posts ánd you can even save them as a template. Comes in very handy when you run a recurring contest or something like that.
About Steemauto and Steemdunk: I left Steemauto a while ago because I noticed they missed a lot of votes. Steemdunk.xyz was the alternative. At least you can see which posts were voted on and which not.
I'm back on Steemauto for 80% now. I don't remember why, when or how that happened, lol
Steempeak is the modern version of SteemIt. But I must admit I still use SteemIt most of the time. I keep forgetting Steempeak exists, lol

Just created my 2nd post with SteemPeak - my latest entry into the weekly PIFC contest.
So far, so good. Really liking it so far. Too bad there isn't some better way to "get the word out" on great aspects of Steem. It appears to have been out for some time, but I only learned about maybe two weeks ago ... 😉
There is a lot to like about this new interface. Seems somehow much more “polished” than Busy and definitely more than Steemit. I think I have found my new Steem “home.” I used the template feature already, which is an excellent concept referred in these posts here, except prior to now I had to keep my templates in MS Word (which I use all the time). Worked just fine!
That said, like you, I still use Steemit a lot. Particularly for any transactions on my wallet and for replies. Time will tell whether I ever get away from it totally.
Thanks for the additional feedback @simplymike!
