Actionable Silo Content Ninja Structure

So this post came as an answer on my previous post, SEO in Steem

The question was if I had any advice on how to rank a page easy since the in my previous post I showed how I ranked a page in first place Google position in 30 minutes flat, and my answer is as follows:

First find the topic, then select your keyword to optimize, write a piece of content and let it be index

To add to this, I believe that first of all and is something I mentioned before first you have to do the research and for me this was a given since Steem is fairly new and has great potential so I not only entering a brand new niche but one that if I start ranking now even though might not have search volume now eventually will catch up and make it worthwhile.

If it is a harder keyword post about the relevant topic and do the same referring the first post, on a particular section that way you can silo your content making it ever more relevant and stronger in the particular topic.

To add to this, silo is a well thought out structure that you link together allowing google and search engines in general to make sense of the content, every silo should pass the human test in other words you can not link a page that talks about cars in one that is all about women shoes see example below

Example, women's shoes,
First post write about "How many pairs of shoe women own on their closet at any given time in their life"
Second post "How women change the shoe preferences over time"
Third post "90% percent of women own at least 1 pair of white tennis shoes and 3 pairs of high heels shoes after 30"
Fourth post " Women buy most of designer's high heel shoes during winter"
Fifth post "Favorite brand of designers shoes bought by women is ... <<< Affiliate link ;).

Adding to this, if you research silo structures, they are usually done within a site, my approach is to interlink posts in a single social media network such as Steem since after all still within the same site especially when looking at my profile page "boom" for those that got this please use the heck of it and comment if agree or not.

It basically has the basics of writing a well thought out essay but in multiple posts, after all, Google understands English from what I understand.

Adding to this I will have to say that it needs to pass the following test questions:

  1. Does it makes sense to link them together relevance wise
  2. Does it add value to the reader
  3. Does it add value to my strategy

Now I should say that one of the best benefits of a social network such as Steem is the action it has from Google for that I mean the constant crawling, and things get index almost immediately which makes SEO a heck of a lot easier. So in my case, I select Steem Marketing, and so I go broad to narrow, hope this makes sense. and I think I am making this my third post. lol thanks for the question post a link of your post so I can give you some actionable advice or help you brainstorm how to achieve your goal.

I truly hope you can make sense of this post if not please place your questions or comments. I'll do the best to answer as much as I can,

By the way, this Steem Silo SEO Marketing Strategy works for any site and any content if not please start by taking a look at Wikipedia and see why does it rank so well and ask yourself the following:

  1. Is it informative
  2. Does it give value to its readers
  3. And most importantly Why
Sort:

Well This Particular one I got it on trending in 6 minutes flat after posting it, now bad at all.

A sound strategy, for sure. Question on linking between posts, though. It seems that posts can only be edited for a short time after they're published - so while you can add a list of links to relevant posts under a new post, you can't go back into old ones to add a list like that. Do you have any advice on linking?

That is fine so even if you are not allowed to edit after few days then plan your strategy linear and like I said before from broad to specific.
In my particular case I wanted to rank in Steem Marketing Strategy, so I started with Steem marketing strategy Journey which is considered a long tail secondary keyword.
My First post did not do it, was nowhere to be found on Steem marketing strategy, now I am ranking 3rd so took 2 post and some backlinks, If I where to rank on Steem Marketing wich I am sure will have solid search volume in a near future then I need to keep on posting being more specific towards Steem Marketing

I posted this earlier today and within six hours it is number 2 on google. However, a lot depends of the search criteria and what you type in?

It all about relevance and in a short answer yes, it's all about the search criteria, call search query or most commonly know as Keyword which in plain English is what people type in the search engine when performing a search.
